Dr. Amy Dufrane’s vision has created an innovative learning organization to meet new career, business and workforce demands. Before joining HRCI®, Dufrane has spent many years as an innovator of human capital strategies for progressive organizations and in higher education teaching the leaders of tomorrow. She also serves on the Wall Street Journal CEO Council, is a member of the Economic Club, CEO Roundtable and on the Board for the Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind. Dufrane holds a doctorate from The George Washington University, an MBA and MA from Marymount University and a BS from Hood College. She is certified by HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®). She also has a Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives, The Center for Association Leadership. Her awards and honors include: DCA Live Leadership Award; smartCEO Award for Healthy Workplaces; International Development Accelerator (IDATeam) and Associacion Mexicana en Direccion de Recuros Humanos A.C. In addition to serving as a member of the HRCI executive leadership team, Haight oversees the organization’s fiscal and investment functions and office administration. She is a veteran in the field of finance. Prior to joining HRCI, Haight was the Chief Financial Officer for Tax Analysts, the nation's leading provider of unbiased tax information and Vice President of Finance and Administration at Transurban. Her professional experience also includes finance roles at Digex, American Airlines and EDS Group. Haight holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a bachelor’s degree from Duke University. She is a licensed CPA in Virginia. Fun fact: Becky loves to travel and enjoys college basketball.
Dave Meginley is a dynamic, innovative and strategic leader with a successful track record of driving enterprise growth initiatives and creating learning solutions in highly competitive domestic and global markets. As Chief Revenue and Learning Officer at HR Certification Institute (HRCI), Dave champions organizational strategy that helps businesspeople in the people business through world-class certifications and engaging learning opportunities. He is also responsible for driving profitable growth by scaling and diversifying HRCI’s learning offerings. Before joining HRCI, Dave held leadership positions at several large organizations. While at Becker Professional Education, he was critical in developing and marketing hundreds of learning courses including mandatory core training for several prestigious Fortune 100 companies. Dave earned a BA in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds the Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) and Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certifications.
Chris Scandlen is a technologist with a passion for leading teams to help organizations grow. As HRCI’s CIO, Chris and his team are responsible for setting and executing HRCI’s technology strategy. Before joining HRCI, Chris had roles of increasing responsibility at Laureate Education. Chris’s most recent role at Laureate Education was leading a data team with global responsibilities for data science and AI-enabled data products. Chris has also had roles at PwC, AoL, Econsys- a boutique consulting and software firm, and as co-founder to a co-working and co-teaching start-up. Chris holds a master’s degree in operations research from George Mason University and undergraduate degrees in mathematics and economics from Macalester College. Chris also spent a semester abroad at the London School of Economics. Fun Fact: Chris enjoys practicing Krav Maga.
