David Siler, SPHR, GPHR, SPHRi, PHR is the lead instructor and author/creator of the DHR cert-prep program. He has over 25 years of experience teaching and preparing candidates for the SPHR exam. Students of DHR’s classes have historically enjoyed a dramatic increase in pass rate over the national average…usually over 90%. DHR’s program is an online classroom setting with the option to ask questions in real time of the instructor and certified staff, as well as weekly online office hours with the instructor outside of class time. Each SPHR prep class has 12 weekly lecture sessions of 3 hours.
