Today, I joined dedicated HR professionals during pre-conference sessions. I met the friendly greeters who are responsible for assisting with registration and enjoyed the lively tunes pumping by DJ Noble, director of music for the conference.

With the unemployment rate at 3.7% in California, he shares tips on how HR professionals can combat wage inflation, productivity/efficiency and retain top talent.
